We love to teach people like you, who are truly interested in learning the art of surfing. Surfing is the sport of the Hawaiian kings. SHSS is located on the North Shore of the beautiful island of Oahu, Hawaii. Our beaches are ideal for beginning, intermediate and advanced surfers. With Surf School Hawaii we are committed to teach children and adults of all ages the art and sport of surfing through safe surfing techniques that are proven to work. Surf Lessons Hawaii instructors are experienced open ocean safety lifeguards, who are trained Red Cross certified in CPR, ocean rescue and first aid. Surf Lessons Hawaii instructors are friendly, patience and they bring a wide variety of experiences in the ocean, wave and surfing knowledge. Feeling stress free, safe and comfortable in the ocean is part of the Hawaiian surf experience. Having an instructor in the water at all times guiding you to success will bring you that feeling that only a surfer can describe as you glide down your first wave. What makes Surf Lessons Hawaii instruction different are the unique techniques we use to teach students to surf. Surf Lessons Hawaii significantly reduces the learning curve for beginners. The beginning student will usually spend days, weeks or months trying to figure out proper positioning and basic techniques used in paddling, dodging waves and surfing. Surf Lessons in Hawaii! This is our goal! To teach the beginner, intermediate and advanced student how to surf, in a way that is safe, fun and rewarding for everyone involved.

Surf Lessons Hawaii teaches Surfing Lessons, organize Custom Surf Tours, and hosts Surf Camps every year on the North Shore of Oahu.
Edison you were so wonderful working with a large group and you welcomed the unique challenges of deafness. I liked the 1-2-3 steps that you showed on the beach too. As for feedback... what can I say?? The day spent with all of you was the top highlight of our entire trip!!! The students could not stop talking about it. We really enjoyed the clear teaching and the patience with the communication issues. The students really liked the personal touch and even gave both of you name signs.
